TS - No Video

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot an HDMI switch that is not passing video:

  1. Unplug all HDMI and power cables, and leave the switch unplugged for fifteen minutes.
  2. Verify that the HDMI cables are working by testing directly with the TV (without the switch).
  3. Connect each video device to the switch alone to determine whether they work separately.
  4. If the inputs work separately, connect them all together. If the video signal drops, note which device was connected.

Please try unplugging the cable that connects the Output port of the HDMI switch to the Input of the TV, and replacing it with another cable that is known to work.
